2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
3 pitted and sliced dates
2 pitted and chopped dates
Sliced almonds
Directions:
➡️Preheat the oven to 350°F.
➡️In a medium bowl put the Brussels sprouts with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a few dashes of olive oil, enough to help the seasoning stick to the sprouts.
➡️Put them on a baking pan and roast for 20-25 minutes.
➡️For the sauce, on a saucepan, fry the bacon to your preferred level of crispiness and remove from the skillet.
➡️Add the butter, when melted, add balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped dates.
