Pork Chop with Date Sauce

Discover the salty side of our medjool dates. 🌴🥩🍽🍾. This holidays, enjoy your favorite dishes with a touch of date, like this Pork Chop with date sauce. Cook your chop however you like it, either pan fried or roasted, pair it with your favorite sides and add this delicious date sauce that will add that tangy and sweet twist to surprise all of your guests!

Ingredients for the Date Sauce:

  • 2 Cups of Water

  • 1 Cup of Medjool Dates

  • 1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar

  • 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil









Directions for the date sauce:


➡️Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add 1 cup of medjool dates.

➡️Cover and let them simmer for 10-12 mins.

➡️Add the dates to a blender, with 1/4 cups of their cooking water, 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

➡️Blitz until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste and pour over your pork chops! Makes sauce for 4 pork chops 🥣😉🌴
